Reference exchange rate up VND3
The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate for VND/USD on September 14 at VND22,441 per USD, up VND3 from the previous day.

With the current trading band of /-3%, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is VND23,113 and the floor rate VND21,769 per USD.
The opening hour rates at commercial banks continue to stay flat.
Both Vietcombank and BIDV maintained the buying rate at VND22,690 and selling rate at VND22,760 per USD, unchanged since September 8.
Techcombank also kept both rates unchanged at VND22,680 (buying) and VND22,770 (selling) per USD.
