Reference exchange rate goes up VND6
The daily reference exchange rate for VND/USD was set at VND22,434 on September 12, up VND6 from the previous day.

With the current trading band of +/-3%, the ceiling exchange rate applied to commercial banks during the day is VND23,106 and the floor rate VND21,762 per USD.
The opening hour rates at major commercial banks stayed unchanged from September 11.
Both Vietcombank and BIDV listed their buying rates at VND22,690 and selling rates at VND22,760 per USD, the same as on the previous day.
Techcombank also maintained the rates unchanged at VND22,680 (buying) and VND22,770 (selling).
