Foreign, domestic pilots compete at Kon Tum paragliding tournament
VOV.VN - Nearly 120 foreign and domestic paragliders gathered at Sa Thay district in the Central Highland of Kon Tum on February 4 - 5 for the Open Paragliding tournament.
The event saw the paragliders compete in two categories: precise landing and cross country (XC) flying.
Competitors were given the chance to earn more points on the World Paraglider Ranking System (WPRS), as well as being recognised by the Paragliding World Cup Association (PWCA) as part of the criteria to attend the Paragliding World Cup.
The competition themed “High Mountain Forest Discovery- Sa Thay 2023” represented a prime opportunity for Kon Tum to introduce images of local nature, culture, and people to both domestic and foreign friends.
