The law regulates the rights and obligations of housing owners, individuals and organisations relating to housing ownership, development, management and other services.
In order to implement the Housing Law effectively, the PM asked relevant ministries and sectors and local and municipal People’s Committees to direct the law enforcement and iron out snags in resolving administrative procedures related to housing development, management and business activities.
