Hanoi traffic sinks into chaos in heavy rain
VOV.VN - A downpour in Hanoi which lasted 3 hours on June 19 caused heavy traffic chaos. Many streets in Hoan Kiem, Dong Da and Thanh Xuan precincts were flooded.
