The festival organised by the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs is to celebrate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan (1973 – 2023).

The highlight of the festival is an art performance titled “Hương sắc Việt Nam” (Beauty of Vietnam), which showcases many Vietnamese cultural art forms such as Hue folk songs, Cham dances, Vi-Giam folk songs, and a show of traditional Ao Dai.

Sampling Vietnamese tea in Japan which is also famous for the tea-making culture is a great experience for local people, as well as Vietnamese expatriates.
