Ikumi Yoshimatsu, Miss International 2012, is also one of the members of the judging panel on the final night of Miss Charm 2023.

Karina Ramos, Miss Costa Rica 2014, is among the participants. This comes after she took on the role of an emcee in the semi-final night of Miss Charm 2023.
