Two major highlights of this journey are Nui Coc Lake and Ba Be Lake – the scenic lakes surrounded by the mountains and forests of northeastern Vietnam, where pristine landscapes and distinctive ecological environments remain well preserved.

Connecting these two destinations is the tea culture of Thai Nguyen. More than an agricultural product, tea here represents a way of life and an essential part of local cultural identity. Visitors can join tea-picking activities, learn traditional hand-roasting techniques, enjoy tea in misty tea hills, or stay overnight in famous tea-growing areas such as Tan Cuong.

According to local tourism development plans, the theme “Lakes on the Mountains – Tea in the Clouds” also aims to attract more international visitors who are interested in eco-tourism, authentic cultural experiences, and green retreats.
