With the current trading band of /-3%, the ceiling rate applied for commercial banks during the day is VND23,094 and the floor rate VND21,750 per USD.
The opening hour rates listed at commercial banks saw slight fluctuations.
Vietcombank posted rates at VND22,690 (buying) and VND22,760 (selling), up VND35 in both compared to June 19.
Meanwhile, BIDV raised both rates by VND30 to VND22,685 (buying) and VND22,755 (selling).
Techcombank increased its buying rate by VND20 to VND22,650 and its selling rate by VND25 to VND22,760 per USD.
