Reference exchange rate goes down VND3
The State Bank of Vietnam adjusted its reference VND/USD exchange rate down by VND3 from July 13 to VND22,445/USD on July 14.

With the current +/- 3% VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is VND23,110 per USD and the floor rate is VND21,766 per USD.
Major commercial banks made a slight adjustment to their rates at the opening hours.
Vietcombank offered VND22,700 (buying) and VND22,770 (selling), per USD, up VND5 from the day ago.
BIDV also offered the same rates at Vietcombank, with VND22,700 (buying) and VND22,770 (selling), per USD, down VND5.
Vietinbank posted its buying rate at VND22,690 and its selling rate at VND22,770, unchanged from the day before.
