European and Vietnamese experts proposed specific measures to increase the awareness and ability of local administrations and businesses, who will play a decisive role in implementing the agreement.

European businesses have worked with the administrations of many Vietnamese localities to enhance connectivity and create more opportunities for investment and business promotion throughout Vietnam.
