Six famous French-made detective movies, which were shot in the past 20 years, will be screened in Hanoi and is expected to attract big audiences due to free admission.
The release of the whodunits, including Temporary Detention, L.672, Octopus, Crime Scenes, Sand Trader and The Little Lieutenant, will provide an opportunity for French film-makers to prove that the French movie industry's tradition on detective films still maintains its strong vitality and is experiencing an impressive reform over the past two years.
The event was organised by L'Espace, a French culture centre in Hanoi.
